BCI Motor Imagery Pipeline
This repository contains the code for our team’s implementation of a Motor Imagery pipeline, developed as part of the BCI4ALS course during the 2021-2022 academic year.
We strived to create an interactive GUI for mentors alongside online prediction of motor imagery for corresponding YES/NO responses. This project also contains an offline analysis pipeline and an online feedback pipeline geared towards motor imagery training.
Finally, we included a variety of analysis functions for better understanding the motor imagery signal.
Graph analysis
Graph analysis of whole‑brain calcium imaging in larval zebrafish to compare spontaneous and stimulus‑evoked activity. Functional connectivity networks were constructed from ΔF/F time series and analyzed with graph‑theoretic measures (degree, modularity, efficiency, hub detection) and community detection to identify transient assemblies and stimulus‑specific subnetworks
